Lithonia, while small, has access to amazing attractions. Six Flags over Georgia is a short trip across town; I-20 makes it very easy to get there. Atlanta also hosts White Water and American Adventures, both amusement parks of note that draw huge crowds, especially during the summer.
If you're hungry and don't feel like making a trip to Atlanta, Lithonia offers some excellent food. From Lizzie's Café to Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse, you'll find excellent local fare. You can find national staples like Olive Garden and Johnny Rocket's as well. Some of the restaurants in Lithonia serve up the finest food you'll find in the area so don't be shy about visiting a local favorite; they're often better than the chain restaurants.
