Apartment Review for Alexander On Ponce - Atlanta, GA

I lived at Alexander on Ponce from Nov 2004-Nov 2006. I have never been broken into or had any damage done to my car in this time. The complex is in Midtown, so use your common sense when walking somewhere late at night or early in the morning. I walked to the MARTA station, restuarants, the Fox Theatre, etc or took a cab from the Georgia Terrace if I didn't want to drive. Had a 1 bedroom with a den- huge closet, nice kitchen, and pretty good insulation from other unit noise or outside (sirens, cars, etc). The management has turned over a lot (3 companies in 2 years?), but this one does seem to be trying. Rent was also decent for the area.
