Apartment Review for Arbors At Winters Chapel - Atlanta, GA

The apartment's noise level is absolutely horrible. I wonder if they have any insulation at all. If you have to take a complaint to management, be careful who you make your complaint to. Most of the staff seems to be ok, but there's one individual that will only blow you off and make you think you are exaggerating. As if you don't have anything better to do with your time. At first glance you may think the apartments are of high quality, unfortunately nothing could be closer to the truth. I would NEVER live there again nor would I recommend them to anyone. My advise, find out an apartment's rating BEFORE moving in.
