Apartment Review for Ashford Park - Atlanta, GA

This apartment boast number entry security doors at each building, all of which are disabled or broken. There has been at least 3 break-ins per month and weekly car break ins. Maintenance is horrible at best. Dishwasher has been broken for months. The "work out" facility has no been maintained at all and air conditioning doesn't work, a must in the hot Atlanta summers. The pool is only usable the first month before it becomes just downright filthy. The elevators have a lovely scent of dog urine, since most of the owners leave their dogs waste in the elevators. The dog park area between bottom floor apartment are filled with dog feces and thus horribly smelling and renders the "grill"s un-usable. In my opinion there are far better, cleaner and safer complexes for the money. the staff is inept. I have never once received a message for a package delivered (have had over 15), but they are quick to threaten to charge you fee and fines. Garbage apartment. Don't fall for Antonio's nice guy act, he doesn't get anything done.
