There are some good things about this place... they look really nice...and there are not many children. OK now on to the things that SHOULD keep you from living here. If you want bonus of having neighbors that are disrespectful, inconsiderate, and ill mannered, this place is for you. If you want to live with all the thugs and drug dealers that can't afford to live at 12, this place is for you. If you like to live in a development where the construction allows you to hear each and every time that your neighbors shut thier cupboard doors, then this is the place for you. If you like a complex that does not enforce the rules of picking up after your dog, not parking in reserved spaces, lack of concern for the quality and socioeconomic level of the clientele, then this place is for you. If you like waiting for a return call from the "on site security" for ever or even many hours, then this place is for you. If you like a complex where the pool is useless because every other tenant brings 20 of thier best friends to lounge in the pool every weekend, this place is for you. If you want to live among a criminal element, with numerous breakins and thefts... a sexual assault, a drug overdose (the guy died in the apartment then was robbed by the people he was doing drugs with), then this place is for you.
