Apartment Review for Block Loft Apartments - Atlanta, GA

Recently, the apartment owner changed. The current situation is: no laundry at night and weekend (the card key does not work "by mistake" and no one fixes it), no respond to any emergency call (it asks us to leave a message but gives no reply), break in by a cleaning person (showed up in my room with her key, run away without saying anything), security gate is a joke (broken most of the time), main office is unreliable (often closed during office hours). It has been like this for past month. It was not this bad during the apartments were owned by the previous owner, Gables.
