My friend died suddenly in late October while living here, and his roommate was there with him when it happened. At first the management was tried to get my friend s roommate to pay 8 grand for breaking his lease (!) but after a bit of a fuss they agreed to work it out with him. All s well that ends well but it was a stressful road!
