Horrible Experience !! Do Not Move Here !!

I moved here thru Promove..The A/C was broken for 3 weeks during the month of June 08!! SO damn hot, the manager did not care....Heat was broken in Nov/Dec, the same issue...Visitor parking only...
The carpets are disgusting and stained, the walls haven't been painted in years and are covered with scuffs, nails from previous renters are sticking out of the wall and old holes are not been...
