Apartment Review for Centennial Place Apartments - Atlanta, GA

If you want a definition of "ripped off", you can move here and find out. I recently moved out and found a much better apartment. Upon moving out, my roommate and I were charged with 50/tub for "cleaning services". Since our apartment was really dirty when we moved in, it is safe to say they pocketed the money and the tubs look the same. Also, we left the apartment in better condition than it was when we moved in. The tubs had only normal wear and tear (i.e. the finish rubbed off so had the typical gray spots of old tubs). Also, the complex itself was very noisy with children always being in the street, and some even would ask me for money. I am not sure where the parents are. We also experienced some safety concerns, with someone knocking on our door late at nigt and demanding to be let in. The police did not respond for half an hour... Also, we had some bug issues on the ground floor even with them being sprayed. Maintenance is slow, if they even come at all, so don't expect a lot of service there. Also, if you happen to be there on 4th of july, buy fire insurance. The kids in the neighborhood set off illegal fireworks. One of my friends was also held up in the neighborhood by a teenage gang, so watch out for that too.
