if they could get rid of all the deadbeat non payers, druggies and their dealers, the lazy welfare monkeys who sit on their asses in assorted places around the complex and all the worthless...
Once these apartment were the place to live yet now bwcause of the don't care mentallity of the tenants this apartments have gone down hill, no longer the place to want to live yet...
