Apartment Review for Defoors Ferry Manor Apartments - Atlanta, GA

I would not reccomend this complex to anyone who ever wants to have friends or family visit or even would like to take a walk around the complex. The other tenants are extremely rude even and the noise only gets worse after 10 pm. There are large speed bumps every 50 ft. so say goodbye to your suspension. The management promised to get the gates fixed so they would close but after 3 months still have not gotten that fixed. There are two pools but are completely overloaded with people drinking glass bottles of beer or smoking illicit drugs. I have been offered a plethora of drugs since living there and had the cops in my cul-de-sac the first 4 nights i moved into the complex. All the management promises are never followed through. There is supposed to be a point system to stop people hanging out on porches, smoking in public, leaving garbage out, etc. Thus far i have seen no pathroling security nor have i seen any kind of rules being enforced. I lived in West Philly for a year and felt safer than i do at this complex.
