I have lived at Ford Factory lofts for almost five years. When I first moved here it use to be very fun. Although, they have made ungrades to the building, it seems to have taken the life away. Rent is due by the 3rd. But in these times of economic hardships, and for myself developing an unexpected medical condition. I do feel that if you have a problem you should be able to speak with the district manager (Lisa Sharer), after you've spoken to office manager. Lisa Sharer is the one to make the final decision. But after I left her a message for whatever her reason she had the office manager to call me back. My disappointment with them in giving my situation and needing to go month to month for 2 months. I'm having to pay a ridiculous amount of extra fees for going month to month on a non-paid medical leave from my job. Management wants all their money, it doesn't matter if you've been through a storm . In short, I would not reccommend this place. Now, to me it seems like an extended stay hotel. They move in, and quickly move out. The best thing about Ford Factory is that it's a great location.
