Great but avoid gossip

I love this apartment complex. It is cozy and intimate. The people are elderly but there are many middle age people as well as some young folks. They are all great but like great things, there is always a bad apple. Usually, someone who is involved with apartment politics. If you can avoid those, you are fine.
