Apartment Review for Gramercy At Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

Much like the other reviews here, i must agree that crime was definite problem when i lived there. I know of at least 5 apartments that were broken into this year. Loud music not only on the weekends but many times throughout the week. Just when you would get to sleep someone would crank up the music and their sub-woofers. Calling the after hours office number is really useless. They say they'll take care of it but the loud parties seem to just continue on. I could write some more, but let me just say that the crime and loud music issues of the other reviews are very accurate. The rent is high, the crime is ongoing, and the partying and loud music is real annoyance. If you're looking for a nice place and peace mind, look elsewhere. I will say that that there's a security guard on site patrolling every once and a while, but it seems mostly for PR purposes. He's only there a few hours on certain days of the week. It's not really anything that will deter the crime, at least thats my opinion. On the staff, they just appear to go thru the motions, not real impressed with them. As far as the maintenance guy, i will agree, he does work his butt off as another reviewer mentioned.
