Gramercy @ Buckhead: baiting you for a breakin

I've heard of numerous break-ins, however not from building management but through word of mouth. I've had at least 3 friends who have been broken into and the silver lining to having your privacy violated is that you can break your lease with no repercussions. I wouldn't recommend the gramercy to my worst enemy.
