Apartment Review for Gramercy At Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

This place is horrible. To start with, the units are pretty on the outside but are some of the most shabbily built apartments I have ever seen. It's clear they simply paint over the cracks and wait for them spring up new once again. We have had ant infestations. We have had our air conditioning go out in the dead of summer. On one occasion, the bathroom in the unit above us flooded, causing used, soapy bath water to pour through our ceiling. It was an amazing way to wake up at 6 am. They told us they would fix the problem, and they did...after it happened two more times. I'm a young college grad, I've lived in some pretty awful places and I'm not one to bitch, but I wouldn't wish living in this place on my worst enemy. The front office will be all smiles trying to get you in the door, but once you're in, the pull the veil down. I have never met people so incredibly terrible at dealing with residents: they could give a damn about you. The only, and I mean only, bright spots are the location and the maintenance man AJ, he's awesome. Rent at your own risk.
