Apartment Review for Gramercy At Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

I have only lived in this complex for about 4 months, and it has already been the worst apartment-living experience I have EVER had. Horrible management, horrible community, and worst of all...THE PARKING. When I moved in, I asked the leasing office how the parking was. They said it is perfectly fine. This is a LIE. After you move in, you realize that 90% of the spots in the parking garage are "RESERVED" and you have to pay $30 PER MONTH to park in one of those spots. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF A SCAM. If you get home after 6pm any day of the week, you will NOT have a spot to park in. I actually had to drive over to the Taco Stand restaurant next door to park. I'm glad I didnt get towed! And then to make things worse, I get home yesterday from work. Of course no spots, but I had to unload groceries before I moved my car. Came back outside and I had a $100 parking ticket!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous! Trust me, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Gramercy at Buckhead is the worst establishment ever. They lie to you and the parking is a nightmare. And the management is such a pain to deal with if you have any complaints. I can't wait to move out.
