Apartment Review for Gramercy At Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

I moved to Gramercy at Buckhead last June, 2010. It is a great location to live if you like to live the bar life. Lots of bars near by and some good food places to walk to. The parking here is miserable. i am currently paying $25.00 a month just to hold a parking spot for me, and yes parking could cost you more depending what spot you pick. The office stay is very nice and friendly, but not the smartest at remembering things. Every time I have put a service request to have something fixed in my apartment...I end up having to call the leasing office a second time before the service order is put in. The Maintenance is good and every time they have come to my apartment the issues have been fixed the first time. Depending on what pool you live by it can be very loud during the summer or it can be quiet throughout the year. Other than all this, Gramercy is a good place to live in my opinion as long as you do no have to deal with the leasing office. (Oh...there have been some car break-in's recently.)
