Apartment Review for Gramercy At Buckhead - Atlanta, GA

If your under 30 and can deal with a lot of noise and tenants acting like college co-eds on the weekends, then you'll love it there. You will see beer bottles, garbage and vomit on more than one occasion in the hallways. No one works on weekends to clean up the mess that very immature people leave in the hallways. The staff is nice but the manager has a problem with follow-up calls and forgets requests. The parking is a nightmare. If you come in after 6 pm you may have to park on the roof and that's visitor parking. Most spaces are reserved but you'll find a great majority are not in use because you have to pay to reserve a spot. The units are nice but that's about it. Overall I would never move back there or recommend it to anyone.
