When I first moved at Harbor Pointe Apts in 2004, it was very comfortable. BUT now in 2006, the new rental manager just run the apartments down to the ground. It's too noisy at...
the day we moved in i called three times to check their closing time, told them that we were moving in and that we needed to get the keys. so what did they do?...
Really great when I first moved in...seems to be lacking in reference checks, parking is at a minimum, lots of non-english-speaking tenents....
