Apartment Review for Magnolia's At Sandy Springs - Atlanta, GA

They have had mgmt. turnover 4 times since I've been there, I moved in 2002. Grounds are not kept up. Dog poop is everywhere!!! Appliances break-down..I've asked them to replace my dishwasher twice because it doesn't work. Have they??? NO! When they do fix stuff they do it half-assed. The gates are always broken. People just smash their cars into them. That shows you the type of people that live there! Oh, and just an fyi, I lived in a two bedroom and my GA Power bill in the summer would be over $200. Mgmt. thought that was normal. WHATEVER!! Yea, the rent is cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for!!
