Apartment Review for Morningside Courts Apartments - Atlanta, GA

This is now the worst place I have ever lived! It used to be wonderful. I moved here Feb. of 2006 and the complex was run by a wonderful management company. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely caring and friendly. The complex was very well maintained and if you did have a problem it was fixed immediately. Now we have a new management group Called the Connor group. needless to say, They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing has been right since they took over. and the staff is completely incompetent, rude and could care less about their residents. I have lived with no water for days at a time, and am now on the 3rd month of dealing with a broken a/c. Not to mention the fact that the ceiling in the bathroom that fell in April has yet to be fixed. I would not let my worst enemy move into this HELL HOLE!!!!! I will make it my goal in life to let everyone now how truly BAD THIS PLACE IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
