Apartment Review for Morningside Courts Apartments - Atlanta, GA

when we first moved in we opened cabinets only to find HUNDREDS of roach eggs EVERYWHERE!!!! it took us a wek past said time for the apartment to be ready for us to move into, only it was trashed when we got there. this was greatly disapointing considering the office manager said that she'd cleaned it herself so she just KNEW it was CLEAN! if the city dumb is her idea of clean.... we've since has the water cut of numerous times due to "busted water lines and/or pipes". we are never forwarned of the water being turned of and its usuall for days at a time...which is awesome for showers and laundry!!!!!! we've now been told that we have a leak in one of our main water lines in our apartment. we were told of it on friday, its now monday and STILL noone has come to fix the problem! we were told that it would be repaired on saturday, when noone showed we called them to then find that it would be sunday, then they decided on monday. they were to call on monday morning and be here no later than 1pm that afternoon...no one called...no one showed! i called the office to find that no one there knew what i was talking about???? .....its now been rescheduled yet again to tomorrow morning.....i ask you, what if i did this when rent time came around???
