i moved in jan 2004...one month later i was almost killed by a drug-dealer speeding around the parking lot. i have found "drug baggies" all over, the noise and people hanging out and loitering...
Very friendly staff esp Bill Whitehead.
Excellent views if u r on the higher floors though rents go up too.
Nice parties twice a year
Covered fixed parking so each resident atleast one parking spot...
