Apartment Review for Peachtree Place North - Atlanta, GA

i rented apt for 800 a month.i did walk through inspection upon moving out everything was good. then 4 weeks after moving they sent a bill saying i owe $1700 for getting out of lease (2 months rent) plus charged another $510 for a consession charge back fee. that's over $2000 for moving 2 months early. sad part is i'm not working now. People please read your lease before signing. because we now live in a world where people have no compassion and will do anything to get over on you.Whats worst is i did'nt get notified of any charges until the collections agency called. they just reported it and had it put on my credit 1 month after i left the apartment, and did'nt even call to explain charges or allow me a payment plan. WTF.
