We have lived in this complex for almost two years. It was great the first year but then break ins started happening (at least one a week). first it was into cars, then apartments....
The complex itself very nice. The grounds are excellent. Every person that has visited has commented on them.
The other review of this property mentioned a murder suicide. I watched it happen...
Great location- but is located just on the edge of the super nice old buckhead houses and the slums. We had problems with management, because everytime we went it was a new manager....

I was less than pleased with the Maintenance in the complex. The gates were broken every...
