These are condos and some owners have the right to rent out. As soon as you sign a lease the owner and then business manager start passing the buck as to who is responsible for what. You will start to receive complaints about rules you have broken that you never even knew about yet they wont give you a copy of them. The big debate will be whether you as a renter even have a right to have guests or use the facilitys.I have never paid so much to get treated so poorly but if you try t complain, they police will be called.
