Apartment Review for The Standard At Lenox Park - Atlanta, GA

This apartment by the way is now called The Berkshires @ Lenox and while there are substantial renovations..over 5 million in renovations going on, there is still alot of ghetto bullshit that happens here. Point in case...a black boyfriend of an employee that works here. I wont mention names because I like the employee....started yelling and cursing all up and down the hallway at some guy about his girlfriend. I walked out there and told them to take it outside. The black guy with the kitchen knife told me to get the F@*$ back in my place so I called the police and told them where he lived. Long story short, I'm filing a simple battery report against the idiot for threatening me with his kitchen knife. Do we have a ways to go? Yes...eventually when they make all of these places nicer and raise the rent, hopefully that crap will be gone.
