Apartment Review for Willow Way Apartments - Atlanta, GA

They quoted us $601.00 for a 2BR 2BA, we did not sign a lease or any agreement. Then when we returned, we learned that they were offering a special for $483.00 for the 2BR 2BA, but they was not willing to honor this special price to us because we had inquired before. This was so unprofessional and shows you the level of their management style and personality. Because we was desperate and needed a place to stay, we moved in on 1/2/09 and was disgusted with what we saw. We paid our rent, but yet we were given a broken, molded and mildewed refrigerator, the heat was not working and only part of our stove was working. Not to mention the closet and room doors does not work and the wallpaper and tiles need to desperately be replaced. The front office manager and agent are horrible and very difficult to deal with. It is though, they can care less about their tenants through their facial expressions, attitudes and lack of action. They make promises to you that they will have maintenance to come and repair, but maintenance never shows up. Then you have to constantly call them but with no avail. Do not move here!!! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!
